SHIPPING/REFUND POLICY

Shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. $8.95 for standard 4-7 day UPS Ground shipping on orders up to $34.99 and FREE UPS Ground shipping on orders $35.00 and up. Since we are dealing with a lot of custom orders, expect delays during the holiday season. We currently only ship to the contiguous 48 United States at the time. Usually light items will be shipped USPS and the heavier orders will be shipped UPS Ground. Please note if you want us to ship to a Po Box let us know prior to ordering, so we can determine if your order qualifies. We will provide you with a tracking number once your item has shipped.  If you have a large order, you will likely have to sign for the package.  If your order is sent back to us, due to an insufficient address or refused by you, we will charge a 25% restocking fee plus the original shipping charges , so please make sure you have the correct address. If you didn't receive your item and tracking shows it delivered, the only thing we can do is contact the shipping carrier and open a investigation, in most cases, the item was delivered to the neighbors house or someone in the house hold misplaced it. We apologize if this happens but shipping carriers do make mistakes, please be patient with us while we try to find out what happened. 

Returns


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift Cards are non-refundable

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we approve your request, we will email you a RMA number.  Without this number, we will not accept your return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@godopranks.com 

Shipping Address:  (Only if you have RMA number)

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item unless the item was defective or damaged, then we will take care of the shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Please make sure you get a tracking number when purchasing shipping in case the item gets lost in transit. Also please provide us with the tracking number once you get it so we can also track the item.
